Macromolecule Drugs (mAb,ADC,AAV) Mass Spectrometry Characterization Service
Kinase Insight provides high-resolution mass spectrometry analysis services for macromolecular drugs, including monoclonal antibodies, ADC (Antibody-Drug Conjugates), AAV (Adeno-Associated Virus) protein particles, as well as other protein and peptide drugs.
1. Protein level
At the protein level, this includes analysis of protein intact component (using Denaturing Mass Spectrometry / Native MS), determination of antibody light and heavy chain molecular weight and ADC drug DAR value.
2. Peptide level
At the peptide level, services cover peptide map coverage determination, peptide modification analysis, disulfide bond analysis, and N / C-terminal sequence analysis.
3. Oligosaccharide level
At the oligosaccharide level, the services include O / N-glycopeptide analysis and N-glycan analysis.
4. Impurity analysis
For impurity analysis, LC-HRMS (Liquid Chromatography-High Resolution Mass Spectrometry) technology is utilized to identify Host Cell Protein (HCP) components in samples, as well as the identification of exogenous viral factors in AAV samples.
5. Targeted quantification
Targeted quantification is achieved through LC-MS (PRM/SRM) technology for the quantification of large molecule drugs in complex matrices.
